Privacy Policy

• Account: name, email, phone number (when you sign up or list a service).
• Listings: profession, city/district/state, hourly rate, description, photo.
• Bookings: your hire requests, messages to providers, completion status.
• Payments: UPI transaction reference (UTR) you submit for verification. We do not store card, bank or UPI PIN details.

• To operate the marketplace — show listings, connect clients and providers, process bookings.
• To verify UPI payments for listing fees, boosts and commissions.
• To send transactional emails (sign‑up, password reset, booking updates).
• To improve safety, prevent fraud and enforce our terms.

Provider name, city and public listing details are visible to all visitors. A client's phone/address is shared with a provider only after a booking is placed (and, where applicable, a lead unlock fee is paid). We do not sell your data.

Data is stored on Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase infrastructure) with row‑level security. Access is restricted to authenticated users acting on their own records; administrative access is limited to designated HireNow.in admins for moderation and payment verification.

You can edit or delete your listings from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email us at support@hirenow.in or call +91 9755640657.
